Jeph Ritter
Male Dark Elf Paladin

Backstory:
Jeph is a dark elf who grew up in the dark woods of the Aghalar’s Caves. His clan were fierce warriors, and they stayed deep underground to avoid the sunlight. Jeph was sent to the cave out in the world to learn the ways of being a paladin. He excelled at his lessons, but he yearned to return to his homeland. He came to regret those feelings when he returned and grew to love the surface. He pledged himself to a goddess of justice, and he earned his place as a paladin.
Personality:
Jeph has a calm but strong personality, and he likes to joke around with his friends. He’s got an easy smile and everyone loves him, but he seems to drift through life with an air of melancholy.
Appearance:
Jeph is a tall, dark elf with a lithe build. His facial features are fine and elegant, and his skin is a dark green. His eyes are golden, and his hair is a deep black. He wears silver plate armor and wields a long sword.
Start of Character:
Jeph is on a quest to find cases of injustice and help those who need it. He travels throughout Grabisco and beyond to fulfill his duty.
Pendor Knighthill
Male Human Paladin
STR 17 INT 9 WIS 17 DEX 11 CON 17 CHA 15
Born in Halkand (Grabisco Kingdom)
Backstory:
Pendor spent his formative years as a farmer on the outskirts of a small village. He was the third child of four. His father was a hard-working man who struggled to make ends meet, but always managed to at the end of the day. Pendor was confident and had a desire to learn.
He kept to himself and spent many nights reading whatever he could find. It was during this time, while reading a book about knights, that a feeling welled up within him that he had never felt before. He felt the desire to leave his home and learn to fight. He decided to leave one night. His parents tried to stop him, but he wouldn’t listen.

He didn’t tell them where he was going or why, just that he had to leave. He found a caravan travelling to Halkand. He spent his time on the road reading about the history of Grabisco, and by the time he reached the city, he had read every book he could find on the land. Before coming to the city, he converted to the worship of the five gods.
Personality:
Pendor has an active curiosity. He is always asking questions and trying to learn as much as he can about everything. He is fairly reserved and dislikes being the center of attention. He is very patient. He also has a quick temper when pushed.
When Pendor is fighting, he is calm, never losing his temper and always thinking about the next move. During the day, Pendor usually works as a groundskeeper for the city of Halkand. In exchange for his hard work and excellent work ethic, the City of Halkand allows him free use of the training facilities on the top of the city.
Appearance:
With his brown beard and confident demeanor, Pendor is a natural leader. He wears gold-plated armor coupled with heavy bracers and gauntlets. His weapon of choice is a large sword.
Start of Character:
Pendor has decided to travel throughout Grabisco to learn more about the land and its history. He is also seeking adventure.
Dierdre Olidammar
Female Human Paladin
STR 17 INT 12 WIS 17 DEX 13 CON 12 CHA 15
Born in Littorica (Grabisco Kingdom)
Backstory:
Dierdre grew up in Medford’s Bay, a small fishing village on the coast of Littorica, Grabisco. Her mother is the town’s healer and healer’s assistant. Her father is a fisherman. She went to school with the town’s children. Her favorite subjects were animal husbandry and wilderness survival. Her other favorite pastime was fishing.
She didn’t mind getting her hands dirty, especially if it meant bettering the lives of others. When she turned fifteen, her mother sent her to the small Phendu Temple of the Aten Tribes of the northern mountains. Dierdre stayed there for six years, studying the ways of her faith and learning about the history, hierarchy, and followers of the religion.
She learned how to fight with a greatsword and a shield. Upon her graduation, she tried to convince the priests to let her stay in the temple to protect it, but they wanted her to continue her studies. She left with her best friend, a Phaeid woman named Xelta Daeldame, and traveled for years to learn about the Aten’s followers and spread the word about the faith.
Personality:
Dierdre has a strong sense of right and wrong, and she is always willing to stand up against injustice. She is a bit of a romantic and is constantly looking for a soul mate. She is loyal to those she loves and would do anything to protect the innocent.
Appearance:
Dierdre is in her late twenties. She has long brown hair pulled back in a ponytail and brown eyes. She is rarely seen without her black leather armor, shield, and greatsword. Her favorite piece of clothing is her black leather boots and green cloak, which she wears while out in the field. She has a tattoo of a longsword with a shield and scales on her left shoulder.
Start of Character:
She has left Grabisco, which she considers to be too corrupt and too dangerous, and she decided to travel the rest of the world and spread the word about the Aten.
Sassy Keen
Female Reptoid Paladin
STR 15 INT 8 WIS 15 DEX 16 CON 12 CHA 17
Born in Nautica (Kingdom of Nautica)
Backstory:
Sassy Keen grew up on the coast of Nautica. During her teen years, she was a stubborn tomboy who was never afraid to speak her mind, or for that matter, stand up for herself. She had anger management issues and didn’t have a lot of friends. As she grew up, she found that she enjoyed the company of the priestesses in the local shrine, which was the only place she found people who could tolerate her snarky attitude. She looked up to them and they inspired her to take a vow of chastity and chastened her to the side of good.
Personality:
Sassy is all business. She rarely smiles and doesn’t tolerate people who make her repeat herself. She is poised and confident in everything she does. Sassy is fiercely loyal and will protect those under her charge, which is very few as of now.
Appearance:
Sassy has dark black hair that never seems to be combed properly. Her eyes are piercing green and her lips are thin and expressive. She wears simple, monochromatic robes that are well-fitted to her body. Sassy is in excellent physical shape and will defend herself with martial prowess.
Start of Character:
Sassy has ventured out from her homeland to explore the uncertain world around her. She wants to travel the continent of Grabisco and learn more about how the demihumans live.
